Riedel Global Experts provides emerging market professionals the opportunity to share insights into specific questions that will help determine investment decisions. We offer highly competitive consultancy fees for your time. In addition, our consultations are only held through one-hour phone conversations, which allows even the busiest professionals a chance to participate.

3. What kinds of professionals join the Global Expert Network?

Specifically emerging market professionals who can speak at length about a particular market, industry or sector. Most experts are employed in the industry in which they will be consulting; however some experts are consultancy professionals.

4. What is my role as a member of the Global Expert Network?

Our experts are expected from time to time, to be available for one hour long phone consultations with our clients. You are only expected to discuss topics that you are comfortable with and where no conflict of interest exists.

5. What will clients expect to discuss?

A list of topics will be forwarded to our experts a few days in advance of a call. Our clients are interested in market trends, industry developments, product and services questions, and advance insight into very specific questions that will help shape their investment decisions. Mostly, our clients are searching for an "on the ground" perspective to enhance their decision making capabilities. You are expected to discuss topics in which you have expert knowledge of and have no conflict of interest in discussing.

6. What if a confidential topic comes up during a call?

Don't discuss the topic. If you feel that you cannot continue the conversation without revealing confidential information or violating an obligation to your employer or third-party, you must terminate the call. If such an occurrence arises RGE will pay your full rate without question.

7. How am I paid?

The application will ask a fair hourly rate for your time. Our experts will be paid either by mail or electronic transfer / payment based on your preference. Payment is prompt and will be processed within fifteen days of your call.

8. Must I be fluent in English?

No. We offer live translation services on the phone during the hour consultation.

9. Who will I be consulting with?

Our clients are institutional investors located in the U.S and U.K.

10. How does the application process work?

It's quite simple. Please fill out the Application, and read and accept the Term and Conditions. Once your application has been submitted we will review and either confirm or deny entry into the Global Expert Network.

11. How are conflicts of interest handled?

As detailed in the Terms and Conditions experts are expected to comply with all outside obligations. Since you will have prior knowledge of the call subject matter, you will have time to vet any possible conflicts.

12. How will my personal and professional information be used?

The information gathered is solely used to arrange expert consultations with our clients. Personal banking details and other such items, will only be used to make payment. Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.

13. Are consultations kept confidential?

Yes and No. We reserve the right to publish the details of consultations, but all personal details will be removed from the transcript to protect the identity of our clients and experts.

14. What do I do if a Client solicits my advice after the phone consultation?

As detailed in the Terms and Conditions all consultations with our clients must be organized and processed through Riedel Global Experts.

15. Must I comply with the Terms and Conditions?

Yes. The terms and conditions are for your and our protection and maintain the integrity of the Global Expert Network.
